Olde Mill Stream RV Resort is a family-owned, veteran-operated 55+ gated RV community in Umatilla, Florida. Open since 1983 — over 40 years of welcoming guests and long-term residents. With 486 lots nestled among mature shade trees on the edge of the Ocala National Forest, our resort is a true community: peaceful, well-maintained, and full of friendly neighbors.

Rates & Accommodations
We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and annual site options. Our resort is designed for long-term stays — many residents have called Olde Mill Stream home for decades. RVs are also available for purchase directly from residents already set up on-site. Contact the office for current rates and availability.
55+ Community Policy
Olde Mill Stream is a federally recognized 55+ adult community. At least one resident per household must be 55 years of age or older. Guests under 55 are welcome for short visits per community rules.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at Olde Mill Stream RV Resort. We have a fully fenced dog park with an agility course on-site. Breed and size restrictions may apply — please call the office to confirm before arrival.
